At Altogether Group, we strive to provide you with the best service while being transparent about any changes that may affect you. We want to keep you informed about the upcoming updates to our pricing plans and billing cycle.

Like many businesses, we have been impacted by the rising costs of materials, equipment, and services. Therefore, starting from 1st July 2023, we will be making adjustments to our pricing in line with the Consumer Price Index and supplier costs. Additionally, we will be transitioning from monthly to quarterly billing to streamline the payment process and improve efficiency.

We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we want to assure you that our goal is to make payment easier and more convenient for you. With quarterly billing, you will receive fewer bills each year, make less frequent payments, and have more time to pay off your balance. The transition to quarterly billing will be rolled out gradually, and your community will receive a notification on their last monthly bill, along with information about when to expect their first quarterly bill. Please note that customers within Shepherds Bay will remain on a monthly billing cycle.

We have also made it a priority to offer a variety of secure and convenient payment methods. You can choose to pay through direct debit, BPAY, online via our website using credit/direct debit, or by calling our dedicated team. We highly recommend setting up direct debit for added convenience. Even with the transition to quarterly billing, you can still opt for fortnightly or monthly payments. You can set up or continue these payment arrangements online or by contacting our team.

Furthermore, we want to ensure that you have all the necessary information to protect and understand your system.
