However, it was her move to Australia in 2011 that set her on a path towards her true passion.
Driven by a desire to contribute to sustainable solutions, Carmen was drawn to Altogether Group by the opportunity to immerse herself in the sustainability space, particularly in recycled water and energy. Her role as Head of Assets, Planning, and Development - Water, puts her at the forefront of capital projects, where she and her team oversee everything from planning to construction and maintenance of water treatment plants.
